A limiting belief is a state of mind or belief about yourself or the world that restricts you in some way. These beliefs come from a place of negativity, judgment, or shame, and were most likely instilled in a person’s youth. There is usually a “story” that comes with a limiting belief explaining how or why you came to believe it as truth. This workbook will help you tackle the limiting beliefs you have in various areas of your life, in order to create personalized affirmations to help you rewire your brain to replace them with something more in alignment with who you really are and what you want to create in life.
